Ordering & Shipping

We ship your order as soon as it is received. This is usually on the same day or the next business day.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card is processed at the time we receive your order. If you would like to add to your order please call us as we do not have access to your credit card number. We can process your order over the phone and add the new items to your shipment quite easily.

Shipping Charges

Our automated checkout will display shipping costs.  If you have any questions regarding shipping costs or methods, please email us using the contact form, or call us at 541-488-1202.

Special Orders
It may be possible to Special Order an item that we do not normally carry. Please contact us via our email contact form or call us at 541-488-1202.

Out of Stock Items

Because we are a brick-and-mortar retailer, there may be a rare instance when we don't have your item in stock. Should we not have enough of an item on hand to fill your order, you will be informed as soon as possible.

Returns & Replacements

You may return items from our regular stock for in-store credit, exchange, or refund at any time. Please call us at 541-488-1202 and let us know how we can help make your return or exchange.
